about

I'm endlessly curious about languages, people, technology, and how ideas travel across borders and cultures. For more than 13 years, I've built my career in localization and global content strategy, turning that curiosity into professional impact.

I've partnered with global product teams, multilingual stakeholders, and international audiences across diverse markets - always with the same mission: helping people understand, and be understood.

Today, I remain deeply passionate about localization and cross-cultural communication, while actively exploring the intersection of language technology, education, and artificial intelligence. I'm interested in how AI-driven translation and language solutions can support understanding across languages and cultures, without losing the human context that makes communication truly meaningful.

I love connecting people, exchanging ideas, and learning through thoughtful conversation. If this resonates with your work or interests, let's connect - I'm always open to new collaborations in localization, content, and language AI.

book recommendations

Worth reading.

If you've ever wondered how localization actually works as a business - the economics, the people, the pressures - this is the clearest map of the industry I've found.

The Routledge Handbook of the Translation Industry

Callum Walker & Joseph Lambert

Honest, practical and timely. This is the book I wish existed when AI entered every conversation I was in. It doesn't hype, it thinks.

Localization in the Age of AI

Nicola Calabrese

A sweeping, almost humbling journey through six million years of human language. Mithen makes you feel the miracle of every word you've ever said.

The Language Puzzle

Steven Mithen

Kató Lomb taught herself 16 languages mostly from books and sheer curiosity. Witty, wise, and completely unlike any language learning book you've read.
